BRICS IP experts boost enterprise internationalization in Foshan

When the wisdom of BRICS countries meets the vitality of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), a cross-border exchange on intellectual property is underway in Foshan's Chancheng District.

On the morning of October 24, the event "2025 BRICS IP Service Agencies Exchange Conference in Foshan" took place in Chancheng District. Intellectual property experts, government representatives, enterprise executives, and delegates from legal service institutions in BRICS countries, including China, Brazil, Russia, and South Africa, got together. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as intellectual property protection, cross-border dispute resolution, and international cooperation mechanisms, jointly exploring new paths for intellectual property to empower enterprises' global expansion.

Why was the event held in Chancheng? It is based on the unique "Integration of Law and Business" ecosystem and excellent business environment demonstrated by this central urban area of Foshan. A key factor here is the support from the platform's capacity level. Chancheng is home to the Foshan Central Legal District, a legal landmark radiating across the GBA. This exchange conference is not only an important practice of BRICS intellectual property cooperation, but also a key measure as Chancheng works to further build a market-oriented, internationalized, and rule-of-law business environment.
