Football friendly matches were played at Kashgar No. 36 Middle School on the evening of August 16th, with players from Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions (SARs), and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region participating in the cultural-sports exchange.
The friendly matches were divided into two games: Hong Kong versus Xinjiang and Guangdong versus Macao.
After the thrilling 4-4 draw between the Hong Kong and Xinjiang teams, the Spanish coach and players from Hong Kong praised the technical skills of the Xinjiang players and shared their heartfelt impressions of the event's opening day.
