The 24th China (Yangjiang) International Hardware Knives and Scissors Fair (CKSF) is being held from October 21 to 23 at the Yangjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center (阳江国际会展中心) in south China's Guangdong province. As China's premier event in the hardware and cutlery industry, the fair showcases how Yangjiang is advancing in the global value chain through innovation, branding, and openness.
Yangjiang, known as the "capital of Chinese cutlery," has a hardware and cutlery industry boasting over 8,500 market entities, 25 major enterprises with output values exceeding 100 million yuan each, and an industrial chain worth more than 55 billion yuan. The city now produces about 70% of China's knives and 85% of its exports, reaching over 160 countries and regions worldwide, reflecting its dominant role in the global value chain.
