Artists participating in the APEC Vision, Guangdong Impressions program arrived in Dongguan on July 30, concluding their five-day Guangdong tour on July 31. During their visit, they explored the city's innovation, cultural heritage and natural landscapes for creative inspiration.
During the final stop of the journey, the artists visited Dongguan's technology, ecological and cultural sites, including Songshan Lake, the Songshan Lake International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, the Dongjiang–Shenzhen Water Supply Project Memorial Park, Dapingzhang Forest Park and the designer toy industry cluster in Shipai Town.
At the end of the tour, the artists reflected on their Guangdong journey and shared the themes and inspirations behind their upcoming artworks. The completed works will be showcased at an offline exhibition in September.
