The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Symposium and Informal Senior Officials' Meeting (ISOM) began on December 11 in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province.
At the event, Victor Muñoz, APEC Senior Official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru, highlighted how Shenzhen's development experience can be translated into new forms of cooperation among APEC economies.
