On October 31, the third phase of the 138th Canton Fair commenced, featuring a smart healthcare zone for the first time.

This phase spans five major sectors—fashion, home textiles, toys and maternity and infant products, office supplies, and leisure and health—comprising 21 exhibition sections. It occupies an exhibition area of 515,000 square meters with approximately 25,000 booths, creating a global trade event that combines humanistic care with fashion trends.
This phase brings together over 12,000 exhibiting enterprises, an increase of more than 200 compared to the previous edition. Among them, the number of high-quality enterprises, including National High-tech Enterprises, Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative "Little Giants," and manufacturing single champions, has exceeded 2,900, demonstrating the strong industrial clustering effect of the Fair.
The third phase focuses on individuals' needs for health, emotions, and aesthetics, covering diverse consumption scenarios from personal to pet products, and from basic functions to emotional value.
It aims to create comprehensive personal consumption solutions, meeting global buyers' one-stop sourcing demand for high-quality products. Hot categories such as pet supplies, camping and leisure, and products for seniors have become focal points.
Notably, this edition of the Canton Fair has established a smart healthcare zone for the first time, attracting leading domestic smart healthcare enterprises to showcase cutting-edge technological achievements.
Products include medical robots, intelligent diagnosis tools, wearable devices, intelligent massage and physical therapy equipment, and health monitoring systems, integrating new quality productive forces into the entire health management chain. Items in this zone encompass six categories, including intelligent diagnosis and medical equipment, medical robots, and intelligent monitoring tools, such as a treadmill capable of "thinking" that plans personalized training programs through an AI interface, and a four-arm laparoscopic robot equipped with 4K 3D vision and sensitive bionic mechanical arms.
So far, nearly 240,000 overseas buyers from 223 countries and regions have attended the Fair, an increase of 6.8% over the previous session, with 140 overseas business delegations participating, a rise of 9.3%. Significant growth was particularly observed among buyers from the European Union, the Middle East, the United States, and South American countries.
