The 2025 Hengqin Marathon will kick off at 7:30 AM on December 28 at the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island, which serves as both the starting and finishing location.
The event includes two categories: the Marathon (42.195 km) with 4,000 participants and the Half Marathon (21.0975 km) with 12,000 participants. To ensure you successfully collect your race materials, please take note of this pick-up guide!
The kit pick-up times for Hengqin are from 12:00 to 20:00 on December 26 and from 10:00 to 21:00 on December 27. For Macao, the times are from 10:00 to 16:00 on December 26 and from 10:00 to 19:00 on December 27.
Please strictly adhere to these pick-up times. If race materials are not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be considered a withdrawal from the race.
The kit pick-up location in Hengqin is the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island; in Macao, it is the ground floor lobby of the Marriott Palace Restaurant (New China Building branch).
Before collection, please prepare the original identification document used during registration. Participants who registered for kit collection in Macao must present the Kit Collection SMS at the time of pick-up.
The competition materials include the bib number, bag-drop bib number, timing chip, competition wristband, race pack, gear storage bag, and race T-shirt. All race items must be collected in person by the participant. Participants must bring the original identification document used during registration when collecting their kits. The organizing committee will refuse to issue race items to any participant whose identity does not match their document.
Regarding transportation, on December 26 and 27, participants can take public transportation to the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island. Alternatively, you can drive or take public transportation to Hengqin Huafa Commercial Complex and then transfer for free to a dedicated shuttle bus to the kit collection site.
As the peak period for collecting race items in both Hengqin and Macao is expected to be all day on December 27, participants are advised to schedule their time and collect the race items during off-peak hours to avoid unnecessary queuing and waiting.
