The 4th Pazhou Algorithm Competition and Ecological Empowerment Conference was held in Pazhou Sub-district, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, on September 23. At the event, the "Star Avenue" section featured various AI tech companies, among which Haizhu-based company Petovate Ventures attracted significant attention.

Lin Lechang, Co-founder of Petovate Ventures, introduced the company as China's first technology enterprise dedicated to the R&D and innovation of AI pets. Driven by both "technology and scenario application," the company creates AI pet products that combine a sense of life with intelligent interaction.

"This AI pet is named Lito, China's first AI companion pet, built on the core philosophy of 'Companion, Understanding, Growth, She features a minimalist, warm, and smooth design with a comforting posture. Utilizing voice and emotional AI, she can perceive and respond to the user's emotions," explained Lin. Unlike traditional pets or utilitarian AI tools, Lito doesn't interrupt or judge but is always present.

Currently, one Lito is priced at around 1,000 yuan. According to the company, as companionship deepens, Lito gradually develops unique responses, becoming a gentle and reliable emotional partner in the user's daily life. Lito represents a new form of companionship: giving technology warmth and addressing loneliness.
