Ethnic Dance Drama: A Dream of Red Mansions
This adaptation of the Chinese literary masterpiece brings to life the timeless love story of Jia Baoyu, Lin Daiyu, and Xue Baochai. While staying true to the original novel, the production also infuses modern aesthetics and innovative interpretations.
Visually, the performance draws inspiration from the elegance of Ming and Qing dynasty paintings. Its narrative is divided into twelve distinct dance segments, each a poetic vignette that seamlessly intertwines to create a cohesive, emotionally resonant journey.
