Starting November 17, 2025, two new Macao self-service kiosks are installed at Hengqin Port and the Macao-Hengqin Youth Entrepreneurship Valley to further facilitate Macao residents living and working in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
The kiosks provide seven categories of services related to social welfare, identity verification, tax inquiries, municipal services, voter registration, transportation, and immigration, covering 37 commonly used administrative services offered by 11 Macao SAR government departments. These services allow Macao residents in Hengqin to complete essential procedures without returning to Macao, contributing to a more livable and integrated Macao-Hengqin environment.
This installation follows the initial two kiosks at the Hengqin Administrative Service Center and the 24-hour Macao Government Self-Service Center at the Macau New Neighborhood.
The new kiosks are located at:
2nd Floor Arrival Hall (North Side), Hengqin Port
Hengqin Enterprise and Talent Service Center (Building 22, Macao-Hengqin Youth Entrepreneurship Valley, 1889 East Island Ring Road)
Additionally, since June of this year, kiosks have already been deployed in four cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Jiangmen.
