A signing ceremony was held on April 20 to establish international sister-school partnerships between Zhanjiang and Vienna. This not only marks a significant step forward in the internationalization of education in Zhanjiang but also further strengthens the friendship between China and Austria.
At the ceremony, the Vienna Girls' Choir School signed sister-school agreements with the Affiliated Zhanjiang School of Guangdong Experimental Middle School. The successful launch of this first cooperative initiative represents solid progress in advancing the internationalization of education in Zhanjiang.
The signing of the agreement is seen as an important starting point for deeper collaboration between the two sides. Notably, on April 30, the world-renowned Vienna Girls' Choir will visit Zhanjiang for a cultural exchange tour, bringing a high-level musical performance to local residents and boosting cultural and people-to-people exchanges between the two regions.
