The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Young Host Competition in Nansha recently concluded.
This year's competition adopted a comprehensive training model combining "online selection, practical experience points, and professional training" to enhance participants' overall abilities. Since its launch in July, the event engaged youth from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao through online preliminary rounds, a rising-star training camp, and multiple offline point-based competitions, establishing an integrated growth system for young hosts.
Since the online launch, the competition attracted over a hundred young participants from the Greater Bay Area. During the offline point-based rounds, contestants participated in hosting 14 major events in the region, with eight participants advancing to the finals.
The final winners will be included in the Nansha Young Host Talent Pool and will be given priority to host major regional events in the future, providing them with ongoing opportunities for growth and practical experience.
