The MIXC Village, a large-scale shopping center located in Dongguan's Binhaiwan Bay Area, is scheduled to open on December 28. It marks the first major commercial project in Binhaiwan, jointly invested in by China Resources Land and Binhaiwan Properties.

The MIXC Village is the latest addition to the CR MIXC Lifestyle brand, following the successful launches of The MIXC, MIXC One, and MIXC World, positioning itself as a new commercial hub linking Dongguan with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The project has attracted over 200 luxury, high-end, and emerging brands, moving away from traditional outlet shopping models. It will feature innovative experiences, including a pet park, a children's amusement area, and high-quality dining options. The aim is to meet the diverse consumer demands of the Binhaiwan Bay Area by combining shopping and lifestyle experiences.

In recent years, the Binhaiwan Bay Area has seen the establishment of significant projects, including the OPPO Global Headquarters, vivo Smart Terminal Global HQ, and Xiaotiancai R&D Center. Key public spaces such as the Binhai Bay Youth Innovation Plaza, Dongbao Park, and the Binhai Bay Golden Coast have also been developed. The opening of the MIXC Village will further enhance the area's infrastructure, contributing to a new wave of economic growth and facilitating the flow of resources within the Greater Bay Area.
