The 2025 Global Artificial Intelligence Machines and Electronics Expo (AIE) opened on December 4 simultaneously in Macao and Guangdong's coastal city Zhuhai.
The tech expo positions itself as a barometer for global tech trends, aiming to share the latest manufacturing innovations of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with the world.

AI applications in toys, content generation, home furniture, etc, showcased at AIE.
Co-hosted by Macao and Zhuhai, the expo exemplifies the deepening integration and coordinated innovation within the Greater Bay Area.
Covering 70,000 square meters across six themed halls, the expo strategically divides its focuses between the two host cities.
Macao's pavilions focus on smart communications, the Internet of Things, immersive media, the metaverse, and startup ventures, displaying cutting-edge developments such as 5G-enabled industrial internet, 6G networks, brain-computer interfaces, and all-in-one VR devices.
Zhuhai's exhibits highlight smart manufacturing equipment, intelligent transportation solutions, and the connected home, featuring drones, 3D printing, and self-driving vehicles.
