Guangzhou residents can now enjoy top-tier Macao cuisine without leaving the city. Starting December 9, the Jade River restaurant at the White Swan Hotel is partnering with SJM Resorts, S.A. to launch a three-week gourmet showcase, "A Constellation of Flavors: Guangzhou Meets Macao's Culinary Legends."

The event features two renowned Macao establishments under SJM Resorts: The Eight at Grand Lisboa Macau and Palace Garden at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. Together, these three restaurants offer a dining experience that combines the accolades of one Michelin star and two Michelin stars.
Running through December 31, 2025, the festival will present a rotating selection of signature dishes from the two Macao restaurants. Highlights include The Eight's creative Cristal Blue Shrimp Dumpling in Goldfish Shape and Palace Garden's innovative adaptation of the intangible cultural heritage dish Classic Matsutake Pudding (Taishi Matsutake Ge Zha). The menu showcases a blend of flavors where tradition meets innovation, highlighting the culinary essence of both Guangdong and Macao.
