Macao residents in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin can use self-service kiosks to submit supplementary photos for Macao SAR documents. Applicants may visit the 24-hour self-service area at the Government Affairs Service Center or the 24-hour Macao Government Service Center at the Macao New Neighborhood to complete the relevant procedures.
Applicants who have received a notification to resubmit photos for the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, Macao SAR travel documents, or the Visit Permit to Hong Kong may go to any of Macao's eight 24-hour government self-service centers, as well as the aforementioned service points in Hengqin, to complete the process using Macao Government self-service document kiosks.
Applicants simply select the "Supplementary Photo Submission" option, verify their identity using a physical ID card or e-ID along with fingerprint authentication, and then choose either to take a photo on the spot at the kiosk or scan a stored ID photo from the "Macao One Account" app under "My Photos."
Applicants may also select the "Expedited Application" option by following the instructions and paying the required fee.
