The Cross-Border Financial Service Center of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) Guangdong Branch was inaugurated at Yuexiu International Financial Center in Nansha, Guangzhou, on November 24.
The launch was followed by a strategic cooperation agreement between ABC Guangdong and the China Enterprise "Going Global" Comprehensive Service Base. The two sides will collaborate to support Chinese companies expanding overseas, providing one-stop cross-border financial services throughout their development cycle. These services aim to help firms address their financing, settlement, and risk management needs.

The center aims to leverage Nansha's strengths as a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) cooperation platform and free trade hub. Its work will focus on four key areas: promoting institutional opening-up, developing new cross-border financial products, supporting high-quality industrial development, and improving services that strengthen people-to-people links within the GBA.
Nansha, located at the geographic heart of the GBA, has become a hub for "finance plus opening-up." ABC Guangdong has already established two innovation bases in the district as it builds a more comprehensive cross-border financial system to support regional growth.
