The Anhui stop of the 2026 Spring Recruitment Campaign under the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative was held in Hefei on April 18, bringing 169 Guangdong employers and nearly 10,000 job opportunities to local universities. Many students expressed a strong interest in working in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
A Huizhou recruitment session was held at the University of Science and Technology of China on April 19. Participating employers, mainly leading enterprises from Huizhou and other parts of Guangdong, offered competitive compensation packages. Annual salaries range from 150,000 to 300,000 yuan for general positions and 400,000 to 700,000 yuan for doctoral and postdoctoral roles. Benefits include accommodation and meal support, six categories of social insurance and housing provident fund contributions, enterprise annuities, and talent subsidies of up to 150,000 yuan for master's degree holders.
Leading companies such as EVE Energy, Desay SV and Dongfeng Honda Auto Parts offered positions in AI algorithms, autonomous driving, new energy and electronic information, which are aligned with Anhui universities' strengths in engineering, materials science, and computer science.
Huizhou is focusing on industries such as petrochemical and energy, new materials, electronic information, and healthcare, which closely align with the academic strengths of Anhui universities. Anhui University of Chinese Medicine has reached a cooperation agreement with Huizhou's health authorities to promote the integration of internship and employment between universities and local authorities.
