2025 Macao-Hengqin camping fair kicks off

The 2025 Macao-Hengqin Camping Fair commenced on October 25 in Hengqin. The event attracted over 5,000 residents and tourists on its opening day, establishing itself as a significant platform for deepening cultural and tourism integration and promoting regional collaboration between Macao and Hengqin. Ten popular IP mascots made appearances, energizing the atmosphere with interactive performances and prompting attendees to take photos to capture the moments.

In recent years, cultural and tourism cooperation between Macao and Hengqin has deepened, with the "multi-stop itinerary" tourism model becoming increasingly refined.

This edition of the Macao-Hengqin Camping Fair is not only a new cultural and tourism experience jointly created by the twin cities but also an industry exchange event centered around camping.

As a key IP project in advancing integrated cultural and tourism development between Hengqin and Macao, this year's camping fair collaborated with more than 80 high-quality brands, set up over 120 distinctive booths, and launched more than 20 exciting activities.

These included interactive games, professional sharing sessions, and lucky draws, systematically showcasing the camping industry ecosystem and cutting-edge products, while offering tourists a rich and diverse outdoor living experience.

A specially designated outdoor equipment zone, created in partnership with 20 outdoor brands, provided a one-stop shopping experience for everything from tents and cookware to professional electronic devices.

Additionally, the fair invited 17 professional outdoor enthusiasts to conduct sharing sessions on topics including outdoor photography, stylish camping, lightweight hiking, bikepacking, and trail running.

Furthermore, the organizers partnered with high-quality buyers from Macao, Zhuhai, and other areas to facilitate multiple business collaborations, promoting the effective integration of industrial resources.

This year's camping fair surpassed previous editions in terms of content richness, popularity, and visitor flow, featuring more in-depth brand interaction experiences and serving as an efficient platform for cross-sector resource matching.

Highlighting the characteristic "Twin-City" model, this year's camping fair extended its reach across Macao and Hengqin. A sub-venue was set up at Macao's Lai Chi Kok Building, with additional linkages established with commercial circles, including Hengqin Port Qinming Plaza, Hengqin Innovation Square, and Huafa Mall.
