On the afternoon of November 28, Shenzhen launched the "Shenmeng Yangfan" public welfare initiative to provide over 10,000 high-quality housing units for job-seeking graduates.
From November 14, 2024, to June 30, 2025, the 2025 graduates from universities across the country who come to Shenzhen for job hunting will be eligible for a free 7-day stay. People who meet the requirement can search for the WeChat mini program "安居乐寓" (pinyin: an ju le yu) to sign up.

This will offer a more comfortable and secure living environment for these job-seeking graduates, enhancing their sense of well-being and safety during their job search in Shenzhen.
The initiative was jointly launched by the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and the Shenzhen Talents Housing Group Co., LTD., along with its subsidiary Anju Leyu.

To ensure the efficient and smooth implementation of the "Shenmeng Yangfan" initiative, Anju Leyu, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Talents Housing Group, will maximize the value of its vacant housing inventory without affecting its regular market operations. Through precise matching via digital tools, over 10,000 housing units will be made available.
This initiative aims to meet the temporary and transitional housing needs of young job seekers from universities during their job search, allowing them to experience the warmth and vibrancy of Shenzhen up close.

According to the data, Anju Leyu's housing resources have covered all nine districts of Shenzhen, with 47 stores in operation. The company manages a total of 27,600 housing units and has served over 31,000 individuals to date.
Zhou Baixin, Vice President of Shenzhen Talents Housing Group and Chairman of Anju Leyu, stated that he looks forward to attracting more outstanding young talents to Shenzhen through such public welfare initiatives, helping them settle and integrate into the city smoothly, and injecting new vitality into Shenzhen's ongoing development.
