Huizhou's total import and export volume reached 387.06 billion yuan from January to November 2025, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year, according to customs statistics. Exports amounted to 221.29 billion yuan, rising by 9%, while imports stood at 165.77 billion yuan, up 7.2%.

In the first 11 months of this year, general trade in Huizhou accounted for 190 billion yuan, growing by 24.6% and representing 49.1% of the city's total foreign trade value during the same period. Processing trade reached 125.05 billion yuan, up 1.7%, while trade under bonded logistics amounted to 71.26 billion yuan, down 12.6%.
During this period, among Huizhou's active foreign trade entities, foreign-invested enterprises recorded an import and export volume of 195.29 billion yuan, an increase of 11.7%. Private enterprises registered 183.28 billion yuan in import and export value, growing by 12.1%.
In terms of trade partners, the top five trading partners from January to November were China's Taiwan Province, ASEAN, the European Union, China's Hong Kong SAR, and the United States. Their combined import and export value with Huizhou reached 216.78 billion yuan, accounting for 56% of the city's total foreign trade. Trade with all partners grew, except for a decline with the United States.
By product category, Huizhou's exports of electromechanical products in the first 11 months amounted to 169.58 billion yuan, an increase of 9.4%, accounting for 76.6% of the city's total export value during the same period. Imports of electromechanical products totaled 116.26 billion yuan, down 2.3%, making up 70.1% of the city's total import value.
