Recently, a large-scale tourism promotion event was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, respectively. The event was organized by the Macao SAR Government Tourism Office and the Economic Development Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, alongside multiple integrated tourism and leisure enterprises and local tourism associations.
The promotion event featured diverse and interactive content, distinctive stage performances, and immersive experiences. Combined with discounted tour packages and air tickets offered by Air Macau, AirAsia, and local travel agencies, the event attracted numerous local residents, effectively expanding the tourist markets in Southeast Asia.
At the event, the Economic Development Bureau of the Cooperation Zone set up an exhibition booth to showcase the region's abundant tourism resources. The Hengqin booth, designed under the concept of "UNLOCK HENGQIN," utilized fashionable visual elements to create an immersive experience.
The venue included multiple interactive game zones and stage performances, promoting the allure of "tourism+" through a "check-in + interaction" model, allowing participants to experience the diverse vitality of Macao-Hengqin cultural tourism through engaging activities.
During the tour, the delegation visited relevant institutions and enterprises in Indonesia and Malaysia, conducting practical exchanges in areas such as cultural tourism, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), cross-border services, and digital marketing.
