Nansha announces new policies to attract talents

For overseas talents, support can reach up to 1 million yuan. STEM PhD holders at the talent station can receive up to 20,000 yuan per month in funding and comprehensive services, serving as the “first stop” for young overseas scientists in China. Doctoral graduates from top global universities are eligible for rewards of up to 1 million yuan, while entrepreneurial projects by overseas students can receive equivalent funding.

In terms of free accommodation, students visiting Nansha can enjoy 3 nights of free accommodation, fresh graduates (including those within 2 years of graduation) can enjoy 7 nights of free accommodation for interviews, and those securing jobs or starting businesses can receive an additional 15-night transition stay.

Cross-province interviewees receive an 800-yuan subsidy. Graduates from within the province (outside the city), Hong Kong, and Macao can get 300 yuan, while those from other provinces receive 800 yuan.

In terms of housing rental, various talents can move in with just their luggage. Specifically, college students are provided with "a bed", undergraduates and master's students with "a room", and doctoral students with "a suite", all in garden communities with closed management, fully equipped with appliances, and 24-hour butler service. Fresh graduates are exempt from rent for one year, allowing them to settle down immediately after graduation. Other talents enjoy a 50% discount on rent. These benefits can be applied for and enjoyed immediately through the "Nansha Talent Comprehensive Service" mini-program.

In terms of assisting corporate recruitment, the cost is reduced, and efficiency is increased based on the number of people hired. Local enterprises receive a subsidy of 1,000 yuan per month for each fresh graduate hired, up to a maximum of 6,000 yuan. Small and micro enterprises hiring graduates within 2 years of graduation can enjoy a full subsidy for the actual social security fees paid for them for up to 2 years.

In terms of living subsidies, the government provides 30 months of "salary". Newly introduced and settled undergraduates, masters, and doctoral graduates can apply for monthly living subsidies of 1,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, and 4,000 yuan respectively, with continuous support for 30 months, doubling the efficiency of subsidy distribution.
