The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), one of China's most open and economically dynamic regions, is deepening its business ties with Colombia.

On October 29th, the 2024 World Laureates Greater Bay Area Forum convened at One Pengrui in Guangzhou, bringing together Nobel Laureates and global thought leaders under the theme "Journey With the World." Jointly hosted by the Parkland Foundation and the WLA Foundation, the forum sought to amplify Guangzhou's role as a dynamic center for science and technology in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

China's domestically produced aircraft, the ARJ21, successfully completed its longest commercial flight on Tuesday, landing at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport after departing from Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado, Indonesia.

The Nanzhong Expressway, connecting Nansha in Guangzhou to Zhongshan, opened at 3 PM October 30. This infrastructure links the cities of Guangzhou, Zhongshan, and Shenzhen, integrating various expressways and national highways,  to enhance connectivity in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
