Innovations in product design and technologies have helped Chinese export-oriented companies to better reach business orders with international buyers during the 139th China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as the Canton Fair.
The second phase of the fair, which covers household items, gifts and decorations, and building materials and furniture, is ongoing in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province.

Sofeyia, a company building custom cabinets with matching accessories, showcased its latest two product series, both primarily featuring natural wood veneers and lacquer-based products. "Our product lines focus on environmental sustainability, aesthetic appeal, efficient space usage, and user-friendly features," said An Yujin, assistant general manager of Sofeyia's furniture overseas business department. Most of the company's buyers at the fair are from Europe, according to An.
As a regular participant to the fair, Sofeyia has expanded its business reach to over 70 countries and regions worldwide, with more than 15,000 global projects completed. According to its 2025 annual report, the company's export revenue increased by 12.78 percent year-on-year.

Dalian Talent Group, a high-end candle and aromatherapy producer based in Dalian, Liaoning province, is showcasing its self-developed branding products and licensed IP during the fair. "Our brand strategy is built on a dual-track approach — proprietary brands and licensed brands — which makes our products more competitive and sales channels more diverse and stable," said Wang Lixin, chairman of Dalian Talent Group.
Licensed brands are a key advantage in the company's global expansion, according to Wang. The company has produced high-end products with world-class IPs, such as Disney and Hello Kitty, as well as international fashion and lifestyle brands, like French Connection and Castore. The company's product range has expanded from adorable candle designs to body care products and other home and lifestyle items.
