Chinese Embassy in Japan warns UN founders can act if Japan shows aggression

On November 21, the Chinese Embassy in Japan stated on social media that, according to the UN Charter, if any of the fascist or militarist countries such as Germany, Italy, or Japan takes steps to implement aggressive policies again, the founding members of the United Nations, including China, France, the Soviet Union (whose seat is now held by the Russian Federation), the United Kingdom, and the United States, have the right to take direct military action against it without the authorization of the UN Security Council.
