"Everything looks modern, high-quality": Malaysian resident praises Zhongshan products

The China (Zhongshan)–Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Investment Promotion & Exchange Conference, held alongside the "Guangdong Goods Go Global: Zhongshan Products in Malaysia" event, took place on April 25-26 at Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur. The event brought together dozens of Zhongshan-based manufacturers and attracted hundreds of Malaysian visitors, buyers, and distributors.

For Encik Nasri, a resident of Negeri Sembilan, the two-day exhibition at Pavilion Bukit Jalil was an eye-opener. Walking through the exhibition halls, he found himself surrounded by coffee machines, kitchen appliances, drones, and televisions—all from Zhongshan, a manufacturing hub in China's Guangdong Province.

"This is the first time I've seen so many products from Zhongshan displayed here, and I am very attracted," Nasri said in an interview with South. "Everything looks modern, high-quality, and highly competitive. Through this exhibition, I can see the strength of Zhongshan."

He also shared a personal note: "I also heard that there's an old street over a century old, with architecture similar to Malaysia's. I hope to have the chance to visit it someday."
