At Helanhong Winery in Minning Town, Ningxia, wine is more than what goes into the bottle. The winery brings together grape growing, winemaking, wine exhibition and trade, cultural promotion, education and tourism. With vineyards covering about 1,933 hectares, it can produce up to 10 million bottles of wine a year.
