Zhongshan, the birthplace of the "Father of Chinese Baseball," Liang Fuchu, is not only hosting the Games' baseball events but also honoring the pioneer who led the Hong Kong Chinese Baseball Team to victory in 1941 and founded the famous Panda Baseball Team that same year.

Zhongshan has established a comprehensive youth training system covering multiple age groups, including U8 to U18.
