Tongqiao Green Tea (潼侨绿茶), a distinctive local tea brand from Huizhou, carries a legacy of over 200 years in tea-making craftsmanship. It preserves the traditional method of hand-firing—an intricate process involving twelve steps from leaf picking to final packaging.
