The Water Drop Library is located at Thaili Cloud Hotel at Shuangyue Bay in Huidong County, offering a 270° panoramic view of the sea.

The exterior of the library is predominantly white, with a bowl-shaped roof that cradles a scenic pool, earning it the nickname of an underwater library.

Stepping from the rooftop into the library feels like entering a vast ocean of books. Inside, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves are neatly arranged along winding paths up to the ceiling, while the exterior is framed by a 270° panoramic glass wall, offering an unobstructed view of the deep blue sea.
