The Jinli High-Tech Industrial Zone in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, a powerhouse in China's hardware manufacturing sector, solidified its global ambitions on April 18 by signing a strategic framework agreement with Peru's Association of Entrepreneurs during the 137th Canton Fair.

This agreement was signed at a high-profile event, indicating a deepening industrial collaboration between China and Peru while positioning Guangdong's hardware brands to access Latin America's expanding infrastructure and construction markets.
Held at the Canton Fair complex, the event attracted a delegation of Peruvian technical experts and business leaders, who toured Jinli's booth featuring cutting-edge production facilities and inspected flagship products such as smart locks, industrial hinges, and AI-integrated door closers.

"China is Peru's most critical trade partner, and there is soaring demand for construction materials and precision hardware in our infrastructure projects," remarked Ruben Espinoza, Consul General of Peru in Guangzhou. "This partnership will streamline access to Jinli's expertise while opening doors for Peruvian enterprises in China."
With over 8,000 hardware enterprises and a vast supply chain encompassing raw material processing, precision casting, and advanced assembly, Jinli has transformed from a regional manufacturing hub into a global export leader. Its products, spanning 2,000 categories including architectural hardware and home fittings, now reach 90 countries, generating over 9 billion yuan in exports in 2024 alone.
Enrique Medrano Amuy, a veteran Peruvian buyer with over six years of experience, views the Canton Fair as a key networking opportunity. "The new trends also emerge here at the Canton Fair. I think it's a great opportunity every year to come here and refresh your perspective," he added.
