The 140th Canton Fair officially opened on October 14 in Guangzhou and will welcome visitors starting October 15. How can you get your buyer badge faster? This video will guide you through the badge application process.
Before arriving in Guangzhou, overseas buyers can complete the pre-registration process and obtain a receipt. With your pre-registration receipt, original valid identification documents (e.g., foreign passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents), and a business card, you can collect your buyer ID badge at several convenient locations before reaching the main venue.

At Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, there are two Canton Fair registration offices. One is a temporary counter in the international arrival hall of Terminal 2, and the other is near the exit of the international arrival hall of Terminal 3 (near Gate 74). They will be open from 8:00 to 24:00 during the periods of October 12 to 19, October 22 to 27, and October 30 to November 1.
Additional registration points are available at Guangzhou South Railway Station, the Pazhou Ferry Terminal, the Canton Fair Hong Kong Office, and 60 designated hotels.

The Canton Fair Complex also offers convenient self-service machines and staffed service counters for ID badge applications, catering to all categories of overseas buyers. For overseas Chinese buyers holding a Chinese passport and an original overseas permanent residence permit or valid visa, please go directly to the on-site registration office at the Canton Fair Complex.
