From May 23 to 24, content creators from Poland, Russia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, and other countries gathered in Yunfu, Guangdong Province, for a two-day immersive trip. From a lively football pitch to the tranquil riverside paths of an ancient village and the summit of Xiangwo Mountain, more than 800 meters above sea level, they captured their surprises and impressions through cameras and words.
At Yunfu City Stadium, they felt the atmosphere of tens of thousands of fans cheering at a football match. In Wanbian Village, Duyang Town, Yun'an District, they strolled along the Xijiang River and experienced a slower pace of life where "time slows down." In Xiabai Village, Yuncheng District, they tasted locally roasted coffee and lychees and experienced the unique charm of a rural coffee shop. They also picked, stir-fired, and tasted tea at Xiangwo Mountain Ecological Park in Xinxing County, stepping into the mountains wreathed in clouds and the aroma of tea. Over the two-day trip, the foreign content creators described Yunfu as an authentic, beautiful, and unforgettable city. As they put it, the city is a hidden gem well worth exploring in person.
