The Asia-Pacific Media Forum officially opened on September 5 in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, under the theme "Building a Path to Shared Prosperity for the Asia-Pacific Community: Media Consensus and Action."
Kaewkamol Pitakdumrongkit, executive director of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) International Secretariat, highlighted the power of diverse voices. She called for cross-border dialogues and the pursuit of common ground to advance shared prosperity for the whole Asia-Pacific community.
The event brought together more than 400 media professionals, scholars and government officials from across the region.
