The Chinese film "Dear You" will be released nationwide in Thailand on August 6. Ahead of the release, the Tio Chew Association of Thailand hosted a special screening on August 4.
Speaking at the event, Zhang Jianwei, Chinese ambassador to Thailand, said the stories of early Chaoshan immigrants vividly reflect the spirit of mutual support and the enduring bond among overseas Chinese communities.
