Thai delegate praises renovated Yongqingfang as a "living museum"

The First APEC Senior Officials' Meeting and Related Meetings (SOM1), the first event of APEC China 2026, are being held in Guangzhou from February 1 to February 10.

Delegates from 21 member economies toured Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong Province, during the meeting.

Siriphon Kusonsinwut, Deputy Secretary General of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Office, was among the delegates. He expressed that understanding Lingnan cultural heritage is very important and praised Yongqingfang as an exemplary renovation project, akin to a "living museum."
