The 4th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area High-Quality Talent Development Conference (HTDC) and the 3rd Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Doctoral and Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will take place at Great Bay University's Songshan Lake Campus in Dongguan from October 25 to October 26, 2026.
Under the theme "Talents Gather in the Bay Area, Innovation Creates the Future," this year's event is jointly organized by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It will feature a high-level summit, a doctoral and postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurship competition, industry open-mic sessions, themed exhibitions, networking and matchmaking activities and a talent carnival.
