The Asia-Pacific Media Forum kicked off in Shenzhen, Guangdong, on September 5, under the theme of "Building a Path to Shared Prosperity for the Asia-Pacific Community: Media Consensus and Action."
Nguyen Dong Anh, acting dean of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, said at the forum that civilizations do not truly connect through abstract concepts, but through people, stories and everyday experiences.
He noted that mutual learning does not mean becoming the same. Instead, it means enriching one another while preserving each civilization's identity.
