WSBK champion builder endorses Guangdong-made scooters

As enthusiasts and riders have been eagerly calling for ZXMOTO—the team behind the WSBK championship-winning motorcycle—to launch its own scooter, brand founder Zhang Xue took to social media on April 7 to recommend Haojue scooters. Produced in Jiangmen, Guangdong, these scooters were praised by Zhang for outperforming many leading international brands.

Jiangmen is one of the two premier motorcycle manufacturing hubs in Guangdong. In 2025 alone, the city accounted for nearly a quarter of China's total motorcycle exports.

A self-made entrepreneur, Zhang Xue began mastering motorcycle repair and riding in his teens. Long before ZXMOTO secured its victory at the World Superbike Championship (WSBK) Portuguese Round in late March, Zhang had built his company from the ground up, drawing on over 20 years of experience in mechanics and racing. His technical prowess once went viral in a video that showed him skillfully repairing a motorcycle while blindfolded.
