On December 27, the Third Bird-Watching Ecological Festival was inaugurated in Xinhui District, Jiangmen, during which Colombian vlogger Fernando Munoz Bernal was appointed as the "Jiangmen (Capital of Overseas Chinese) International Promotion Ambassador."
