During the Cold Dew solar term, Zhaoqing enters a critical window for migratory birds passing through and stopping to rest and replenish their energy during their autumn-winter migration. At Zhaoqing's Tianhu Egret Ecological Scenic Area (天湖鹭鸟生态风景区), silk floss trees are in full bloom, and egrets fly in flocks, painting a picture of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
In recent years, flocks of birds have gracefully fluttered across the skies above Zhaoqing's Xinghu Lake (星湖) every day. At Xinghu Wetland Park (星湖湿地公园), the spectacle of "ten thousand birds returning to the forest" plays out daily.
