July 1st, in Guangdong, within the Pearl River basin, the inland water fishing ban has ended. In Gaoyao, Zhaoqing, the first batch of fishing boats returned to the dock with their catches.
Live river shrimp and plump river fish filled the holds. The fishermen busied themselves with sorting and unloading. The dock was alive with a bustling scene of harvest.
