On May 21, the Forum on Building up China's Cultural Strength 2026 opened in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, under the theme "Preserving Cultural Heritage and Fostering Cultural Innovation." Bringing together leading scholars and experts, the forum explores pathways for advancing cultural development in a rapidly changing world.
Jin Dong, a famous Chinese actor, shared his admiration for Shenzhen and expressed a strong desire for future collaboration with the city.
"Shenzhen is such a beautiful city. I'm very hopeful that I can work with Shenzhen in the days ahead, and create even better work together," he said.
Beyond cooperation, Jin also called for more exchanges within the industry, using the forum as a platform to explore issues such as public aesthetic trends in the age of fragmented information and digitization.
