A heartwarming scene unfolded in Samoa's capital, Apia, on August 4, as a Samoan musician used an AI-powered stringless guitar from Guangdong to perform a musical tribute to China for local guests.
The performance took place at the Chinese Embassy in Samoa during the Guangdong cultural delegation's visit to the country as part of the 2026 Charming China (Guangdong): Lingnan Culture Travels to the South Pacific event.
The song, titled "I Love You, China, "touched guests during the embassy's Guangdong Day, reaffirming the bond between China and Samoa fostered through cultural exchange and community ties among Samoans and people of Chinese descent.
