On November 14, Baiqiao Service Area in Maoming City hosted the music event "Tea Around the Hearth · Voices Enliven Maoming," offering a unique, immersive experience.
Beneath the stage, charcoal stoves flickered, and delicate teacups were passed around, as attendees enjoyed intimate face-to-face conversations amid the lingering fragrance of tea. On stage, singers passionately celebrated Maoming's culture, while the audience raised their phones to capture and instantly share the moment.
The stories of ordinary individuals were among the event's most moving highlights. Notably, "Xiao Hei" from Gaozhou and his Ukrainian wife, Yana, achieved remarkable sales of 50,000 kilograms of lychees through live-streaming e-commerce, adding a cross-border romance to the narrative of rural revitalization.
