The 5-day 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit concluded last Sunday in Nanning, Guangxi.
The CAEXPO attracted more than 226,000 visitors, and over 700 contracts were signed, both of which set new records.
More than 11,000 firms attended the CAEXPO, with over 30,000 people visiting in person for procurement. The number of signed economic and trade projects exceeded 500.
AI was undoubtedly the theme of the CAEXPO. The 10,000 m² AI Pavilion debuted at this event, showcasing roughly 1,200 AI-related exhibits, including about 20 large-scale models, 60 intelligent robots, 230 digital service platforms or systems, and 520 AI terminal products.
The event highlighted the latest achievements of leading domestic and international companies. The CAEXPO AI Smart Platform facilitated over 5,300 business negotiation leads.
Farhana Kamaruddin, Trade Consul at the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou, shared her views on AI collaboration between Malaysia and China with South at this CAEXPO.
