On December 27, the Third Bird-Watching Ecological Festival was inaugurated in Xinhui District, Jiangmen, during which Venezuelan content creator Rafael Saavedra was appointed as the "Jiangmen (Capital of Overseas Chinese) International Promotion Ambassador."
