The event features authentic Foshan lion dance performances.
Young lion dancers, traditional Three-Star and Seven-Star lion routines and authentic Foshan Kung Fu took the stage in turn. Many lion dance heritage inheritors and senior coaches discussed the inheritance and development of lion dance culture.
Practicing lion dance has become popular among children in Foshan.
The event highlighted that traditional martial arts form the foundation of lion dance, and lion dance inheritance and Kung Fu development are closely intertwined. Generations of inheritors have preserved traditions while embracing innovation, preserving the local cultural identity of Foshan Kung Fu and Foshan Lion Dance.
