At the Asia-Pacific Media Forum in Shenzhen on September 5, Prak Thaveak Amida, Under Secretary of State at Cambodia's Ministry of Information, called for a more inclusive and constructive regional media environment.
He said the Asia-Pacific's diversity should be seen not as an obstacle, but as a source of strength that brings different experiences, perspectives and ideas.
